Cat Purr: Another one-piece dress. :p we just can't get enough of it. Offshoulder chiffon top with polka dot prints paired with beige skirt. We think it'll pass as a tube dress as well. ;) You can tie the frilly ribbon to the neck as halter or just leave it as a bow at the front. The belt comes together with the dress as well. The dress has a side zipper attached.
