Cat Purr: If you think this is a normal graphic print top, then you're wrong. Look closely! The print is actually 3-D velvet print (so nice to touch :p)! The topdress has lil velvety polka dots all over, super adorable. Even the tie-back sash has velvet print on it. The babydoll top is smocked at the back for better fit. Comes with a spagetti straps top for layering.
