Cat Purr: Wearing this will definitely makes you feel & look like a valedictorian (unless you're already one :p). We absolutely love the flattened ruffles(is that what it's called?? :D). The light purple shade & the mentos-like buttons exude sweetness. Another plus point is the pleated turtleneck.
